Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Respond to guest requests 24/7 with proactive problem-solving skills
- Operate PMS systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle emergency situations calmly and according to protocol
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Advanced knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
