Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing in-person inquiries.
- Monitor building security systems, control access points, and perform nightly safety rounds to ensure a secure environment.
- Handle guest complaints or requests in a calm, empathetic, and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and processing payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations and accurate handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate standard software.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
