Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check-in/check-out guests efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence professionally.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol the premises to ensure guest safety.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and manage hotel key card systems accurately.
- Assist in coordinating with housekeeping for room readiness.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
