Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle incoming calls and emails to respond to inquiries and make reservations.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with concierge requests, such as restaurant recommendations and local transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available for shift work.
