Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and food & beverage stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently with attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professional solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Execute event setup and breakdown for weekend conferences and weddings
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and reservations
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Valid NC Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
