Responsibilities
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently using PMS software while maintaining accuracy in billing and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor security systems and ensure safety protocols throughout overnight operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and service requests
- Act as primary emergency contact during overnight shifts, responding appropriately to incidents
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (for airport shuttle duties if required)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions and local services
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
