Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Efficiently manage front desk operations, including processing reservations, issuing room keys, and handling payments.
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the property for safety and security, ensuring all fire and safety protocols are followed.
- Communication: Coordinate with the day shift team and housekeeping departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and requests are fulfilled.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest logs, verify registration cards, and prepare daily reports.
- Concierge Services: Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to converse fluently in English.
- Technology: Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury hotel environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
