Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage incoming phone calls and guest inquiries professionally.
- Monitor hotel premises for security and safety issues.
- Process payments and reconcile daily reports accurately.
- Ensure the front desk area and lobby are clean and organized.
- Handle key card issuance and room maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
