As the face of our hotel during the evening hours, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you are reliable, have a positive attitude, and are ready to work hard, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to address guest inquiries and reservations.
- Manage room bookings and verify guest information using property management systems.
- Perform regular security rounds and monitor building access to ensure safety.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily financial reports accurately.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for night shifts.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
