Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist hotel guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, phone inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain a pristine lobby and reception area at all times
- Utilize hotel management software for daily operations
Qualifications
