Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and conduct check-ins/check-outs efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and processed.
- Communication: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding room availability, amenities, and local recommendations with professionalism.
- Security & Safety: Monitor hotel premises to ensure guest safety and security protocols are strictly followed during the night shift.
- Operations: Process nightly credit card transactions, verify folios, and maintain accurate front desk logs and reports.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and special requests immediately, escalating complex issues to the General Manager or Security when necessary.
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine patrols of public areas, restrooms, and lobby to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technology: Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance, high energy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
