Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and a warm welcome for all guests.</li><li>Perform night audit duties, including balancing cash drawers, reconciling daily financial reports, and preparing end-of-shift logs.</li><li>Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails, resolving inquiries and providing local area information.</li><li>Monitor building security and safety protocols throughout the night to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.</li><li>Assist guests with special requests, room service orders, and maintenance issues as they arise.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of guest service.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or front desk reception is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates.</li><li>Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.</li><li>Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus, but training will be provided.</li><li>Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial accountability.</li><li>Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently during night hours.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent education required.</li></ul>
