Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression for the night shift.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries with a professional and helpful tone.
- Manage the front desk operations during evening hours, including handling cash, credit cards, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with concierge services, including providing directions, restaurant recommendations, and local transportation information.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintenance of lobby areas.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with checking people in/out.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage (up to 25 lbs).
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to help others.
