Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a premium first impression for the night shift.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries with a professional and helpful tone.
  • Manage the front desk operations during evening hours, including handling cash, credit cards, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications
