Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Monitor building security and surveillance cameras to ensure guest safety.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk console professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and speed.
- Process payments, manage the safe, and maintain accurate daily logs.
- Perform nightly cleaning rounds and ensure the front area is pristine.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
