Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with 24/7 professionalism
- Oversee security protocols and emergency procedures during low-occupancy periods
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle cash operations and financial transactions accurately
- Maintain detailed guest preference records for personalized service
- Execute nightly audits and report preparation for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- TABC certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
