Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening/night hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage cash handling procedures
- Act as property ambassador during late-night inquiries and incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (for shuttle duties)
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
