Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to overnight guests

- Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Complete nightly audit and financial reports
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Qualifications
