Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during evening and overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and assistance requests
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight services
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for overnight activities
- Prepare the hotel for daytime operations and handover procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
