Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure safety and security during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Prepare detailed shift reports for management
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid driver's license (if assisting with transportation)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
