Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services during evening/overnight shifts including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and manage night audit procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Prepare and serve late-night food/beverage offerings from the hotel bar
- Maintain detailed logs of guest requests, incidents, and operational activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (for errands)
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
