As a Night Shift Hotel Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during the late evening and early morning hours. You will also assist with other front desk duties and collaborate with the night audit team to maintain accurate financial records.

Responsibilities
- Check in and out guests efficiently and accurately, using the hotel's property management system.
- Manage guest reservations and modify bookings as needed.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor hotel security and conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with night audit procedures, including balancing cash and credit transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to address guest needs and maintain property standards.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
