Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond promptly to guest requests and emergencies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for operational efficiency
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare detailed shift reports for day management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
