Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-ins, check-outs, and late-night requests
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Perform nightly cleaning and maintenance of public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with day shift staff for seamless transition of operations
- Process payments, manage reservations, and handle billing inquiries
- Conduct room inspections and report maintenance issues
- Assist with valet services and manage parking operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid driver's license for valet positions (if applicable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
