Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during overnight check-ins, check-outs, and in-person inquiries
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room inventory for next-day operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally following established protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Prepare detailed shift reports for management handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail in financial transactions and documentation
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.) preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
