Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts and resolve inquiries during overnight hours
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Perform routine inspections of public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Handle VIP guest requests with discretion and efficiency
- Prepare end-of-night reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
