Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Maintain lobby, common areas, and guest rooms to pristine standards overnight
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) efficiently during overnight hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No experience required – open to career changers and recent graduates
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
