Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out processes and throughout guest stays
- Handle front desk operations including reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, reception areas, and guest facilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with event setup and special guest accommodations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for local errands)
