Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor property security through regular patrols and surveillance system monitoring
- Manage emergency response protocols for incidents like medical issues or security breaches
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight room preparation and repairs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments and manage night audit procedures
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate guest records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license with clean record (for property checks)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency situations
