Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with warm professionalism
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and emergency situations
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular property patrols
- Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Prepare daily reports and ensure compliance with hotel standards
- Assist with valet services and manage guest transportation needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for valet duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- NYC Food Handler certification preferred
