Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk support including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally following hotel protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams during overnight operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for night audits
- Deliver personalized guest services including concierge recommendations and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Propertyware)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Valid Texas Driver's License preferred for airport shuttle duties
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and nightlife for guest recommendations
