Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle cash transactions and manage daily reconciliation reports
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction standards
- Execute emergency protocols and ensure safety compliance
- Document operational incidents and maintain accurate shift logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
