Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest inquiries overnight
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle VIP guest services and special requests during night hours
- Conduct nightly property inspections to ensure safety standards
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Spanish fluency highly valued for our El Paso market
