Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance at the front desk and throughout the property
- Handle check-ins/checkouts, reservations, and payment processing

- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for overnight operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams

Qualifications
