Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate satisfaction through proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate VIP arrivals, special events, and weekend group check-ins
- Conduct quality assurance audits for room readiness and public areas
- Manage inventory and supply chain for weekend operational needs
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel/hospitality supervisory experience required
- Proven weekend shift management in luxury or boutique properties
- Advanced conflict resolution and guest recovery skills
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems and hotel management software
- Ohio Food Handler's/ServSafe certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership abilities with staff development focus
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
