Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional 24/7 front desk service and check-in/check-out procedures
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction
- Perform nightly audits of hotel systems and financial transactions
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required—comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet duties
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
