Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service requests promptly
- Monitor hotel security systems and premises overnight
- Perform nightly room status inspections and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and communicate guest feedback
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with hotel software
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
