- Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries during night shift hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, public areas, and front desk
- Operate hotel systems including reservations, billing, and security protocols

- Prepare night audit reports and manage key inventory
