Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during overnight operations
- Manage front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Monitor hotel security and respond to guest requests promptly
- Perform nightly cleaning and maintenance of public areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with security team for property safety protocols
- Prepare detailed shift reports for management
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
