Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and assistance requests
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols throughout the night
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations and billing inquiries
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Complete nightly reports and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
