- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during overnight hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and reservations
- Maintain hotel security through nightly patrols and access control
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Respond to emergencies following hotel protocols
- Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
- Prepare daily operational reports
Qualifications
