Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of public areas, including lobby, restrooms, and exterior premises
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Assist with night audit procedures and basic front desk operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight requests
- Prepare and serve late-night food/beverage orders from our 24/7 kitchen
- Complete detailed incident reports and guest feedback documentation
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Valid driver's license (preferred for airport transfers)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
