Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and professionalism
- Operate front desk systems including reservations and billing
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Conduct nightly security rounds and monitor property access
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Available to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
