Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure the lobby, front desk, and common areas during overnight hours.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the property is presentable for morning guests.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and answering inquiries via phone or in person.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and property assets.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
