Responsibilities
- Greet and assist overnight guests with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas throughout the night shift
- Monitor security protocols and ensure guest safety in all areas of the property
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Complete nightly reports and documentation accurately
- Prepare breakfast service areas and restock amenities for morning operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate hotel systems
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if applicable to duties)
