- Deliver exceptional 24/7 guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor and maintain hotel security protocols and premises safety throughout overnight hours
- Manage inventory and restock amenities for next-day operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Complete nightly audits and operational reports with precision
- Respond to emergency situations following established procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software
