Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Assist with the night audit process, including balancing registers and preparing reports.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
