Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs and guest assistance
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Complete nightly audits and operational reports with precise documentation
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Seattle area attractions and services
- Flexible schedule availability during peak seasons
