Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight services
- Handle reservation modifications and billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality protocols
- Prepare daily reports and operational summaries for management
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Valid Kansas driver's license for errand runs
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus
