Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during overnight hours
- Oversee hotel security protocols and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight service requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor surveillance systems and ensure guest safety compliance
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare daily reports for management review
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
