Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service during evening and overnight hours
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage inventory
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
